Villa Rosa is an authentic Ibiza-style house with an excellent location right in front of the sea and with stunning views. With plenty of charm and character, this Villa offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. It is located a few meters from the beach of Cala Serena and a 1-minute drive from the tourist center of Cala D'Or. It has Wi-Fi, a private pool overlooking the sea, and air conditioning.The accommodationThe villa is located in a very quiet area near the Robinson Club of Cala Serena. This beautiful house has a private pool (8 m x 5 m) facing the sea and a solarium area with 6 sun loungers where you can relax while contemplating the magnificent landscape.The house is distributed on a single floor. It has a large dining room prepared for 6 people and a living area with satellite TV, sofa, and comfortable armchairs. From there, it opens onto a fabulous arched porch full of character, equipped with sofas and armchairs where you can see the terrace and the incredible view through the large windows. This room gives access to 2 of the bedrooms, both en suite and with wardrobes. One double and the other with two single beds. The third bedroom, also en suite, is accessible from the dining room and consists of two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. If you are staying with a baby, we have a cot and a high chair (upon request). The bedrooms and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything necessary to prepare your favorite menus. It has access to the outdoor patio with a table for 6 people where you can enjoy splendid breakfasts and meals by the sea.The villa is located in a residential area, so parking is not a problem. It is located near the center of Cala D'Or, a very touristy area where you can find all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, and even a marina to enjoy boat trips.In addition, it is located a few kilometers from the most paradisiacal beaches on the island such as Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, Caló D'es Burgit, S'Amarador, and Cala Sanau, impressive for their fine white sand and crystal clear waters.
