The modern design and airy interior are the main features of this house. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a party room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms with comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The villa offers billiards, table football, darts and a Playstation 4 for entertainment. Children will have fun on the slide, swing and sandbox, as well as on a football and basketball court. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by wireless Internet.On a 6000 m2 plot, there is a 40 m2 heated pool surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you can relax, and the outdoor charcoal barbecue will certainly be used to prepare delicious meals. There are also 5 parking spaces at your disposal. Murvica is a small village not far from Zadar and an excellent starting point for enjoying the beauties of beautiful Dalmatia. You can enjoy the charms of national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes and Kornati. The first beach is only 8 kilometers from the house, and in Zadar and its surroundings, we believe it will not be difficult for you to find your favorite coves and places to relax. Sandy beaches, healing mud and a windsurfing center await you in Nin. Zadar is a city rich in cultural attractions and many restaurants with a top-notch offer.
