Bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment

This bright and spacious first-floor house, with a double bedroom and its own entrance, is the ideal starting point for exploring Valletta; close to the center but away from the hustle and bustle, in a residential area mainly inhabited by Valletta locals.The spaceThere is a private door from the street that leads to a staircase (about 20 steps). Once at the top of the stairs, you arrive in a large, bright living room with a sofa and television. Behind the television is a cozy corner with a window and a desk, ideal for remote work. The gallarija, or traditional Maltese wooden balcony, is perfect for watching passersby while enjoying your morning coffee. Behind the sofa is the door to the large, bright bedroom with a double bed and a vanity. The equipped kitchen with a dining table is also accessible from the living room, and the bathroom (with shower) is located further on. A wonderfully spacious apartment with its own entrance and plenty of natural light.Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The bed is a double (160 cm x 200 cm).Smoking and vaping are FORBIDDEN inside the apartment.Guest accessThe entire apartment is at your disposal.Other things to noteCheck-in is at 15:00. Check-out is at 10:00. We offer an early check-in/late check-out option, subject to availability.If you have a late flight or ferry and wish to enjoy the comfort of the apartment until your departure time so you can rest or take a shower at your leisure before leaving, without having to carry your luggage around or find a luggage storage facility, you can opt for a late check-out. An additional fee of €50 (November to March) or €80 (April to October) is charged, subject to availability. The same applies if you arrive very early in the morning and would like us to prepare the apartment the night before for an immediate arrival. You will understand that, in order to guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out, we will not be able to accept other guests for that night; this is why we charge a fee. This amount must be paid via the "Send Money" feature on Airbnb before your arrival, once availability is confirmed.There are several luggage storage facilities in Valletta, the closest being a few minutes' walk away.
