Please note that we have strict noise rules at all times. By booking, you agree to respect both the house rules and the neighbors. This is not a party property, and excessive noise may result in fines from local authorities.2. This is a self-check-in apartment. Early check-in is only possible if agreed with the host a few days in advance.4. During the warmer months, the Mediterranean climate can sometimes attract a few ants, even though we disinfect regularly. We provide spray and traps if necessary.5. The waste collection schedule will be provided in the apartment, please ensure you follow the schedule when taking out the trash.6. The apartment includes basic supplies for the first 3 nights, such as: * Shower gel * Hand soap * Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) * Dishwasher tablets * Trash bag * Bed linen * Towels: 2 per person (hand towel and bath towel)7. The government environmental tax of €1.50 per night per person must be paid no later than one week before arrival via the online platform link sent to you via our booking platform. This step is important to verify your identity and confirm your booking.8. Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight. Additional guests require prior approval and extra charges may apply.
