The Space The apartment is located on the 1st floor, which feels like a 2nd floor (due to a mezzanine) in a well-maintained building with an elevator and a caretaker. It is very bright and quiet. **Secure garage box available for €15 per night (compared to a minimum of €40 per day for parking). The apartment consists of a main room with a living area with TV and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen/integrated fridge-freezer, oven, all cooking utensils, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, standard coffee machine, and dishwasher. The living room also has an alcove with a desk and wardrobe. You will then access a very cozy bedroom with high-end bedding (pocket spring mattress) and hotel pillows. The bathroom is brand new with a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. The entrance has a coat rack and shoe storage. The apartment is heated by the building's central heating, so it is warm in winter. The apartment is equipped with a ceiling fan in the bedroom for summer and a small air conditioner (June 21 to August 31): a mobile air conditioner with hot air outlet through the plexiglass window. High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. Drinks provided: coffee, tea **In case of arrival after 10 PM, please inform me at the time of booking to see if this is possible.
