It consists of: - A living room with a wall-mounted smart TV, a coffee table, a click-clack sofa bed (112x190 cm when flat), a dining table with 4 chairs, and a 2000W ceramic inertia wall heater. - An equipped kitchen (top-refrigerator with 3* freezer, grill microwave oven, 2-burner induction hob, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils...) - A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a bedside table, and a 1500W ceramic inertia wall heater. - A shower room with a shower, a wall-hung toilet, a heated towel rail, and a touch-screen electric water heater. You are ideally located, close to shops and all amenities (Superettes Super U, Monop', tobacco shop, restaurants, cafes, bars, tourist office, bank, post office...).
