It overlooks a square that offers beautiful spaces for play and relaxation. The accommodation Among the two bedrooms, one is equipped with a 120cm/190cm bed. It's a small bed for 2 people but perfectly suitable for a couple or two children. The other bedroom has a 160*200cm bed on a mezzanine, accessible by a ladder. The sofa easily converts into a double bed. The apartment is small (47m2) but well-equipped and full of charm, the toilets and bathroom are small. Guest access Very close to the "Place Guichard" Metro Line B (2 min walk), or Saxe Gambetta Metro Lines B and D, and very close to Tramway T1. The banks of the Rhône are less than 5 minutes away, for walks, runs, or drinks at sunset. A Vélov bike station is at the foot of the neighboring building, Avenue de Saxe and its perpendicular Part Dieu are cycle highways. Other things to note The apartment is located in a small residential building, please be respectful of the place and others, be discreet in the lobby and on the stairs.
