This apartment is bright, practical, and has everything you need so you don't miss your home away from home. Strategic location: Plaza España and Montjuïc are right next door, so you'll be very well connected (it's almost impossible to get lost here).
The great advantage of Hostafrancs is that, although we are close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet at night. Plus, you'll be a stone's throw from authentic neighborhoods like Sants or Poble Sec, in case you want to discover the real Barcelona and not just the one from postcards.
The accommodation
This apartment is designed for four people to live together without getting in each other's way. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second one with two single beds.
The balcony is the perfect complement to the natural light in the living room. It's designed so you can go out for some fresh air, read a bit, or simply enjoy Barcelona's climate from the railing. A simple luxury, but very much appreciated at the end of the day.
No need to fill your suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, a hairdryer, or an iron; you'll find everything you need here. If you're coming with children or babies, let us know in advance; if we have availability, we'll provide a crib or high chair so you don't have to carry everything with you.
Honestly, we don't think you'll need it with all there is to see in Barcelona, but there's a TV just in case, one evening, you decide the best plan is simply to stay in and watch a movie.
Guest access
The apartment is yours while you're here, so feel free to use whatever you find inside. We'll make sure everything works as it should and that you don't lack anything. We're not mind readers, but almost, so if you need anything, just let us know.
Other things to note
Some important notes:
About the tourist tax (the city council's "gift")
Please take a look at the house rules. We explain Barcelona's tourist tax in detail there, which is €6.25 per adult (over 17) per night. Please note that, by municipal decision, from April 1, 2026, it will increase to €9.50.
We're letting you know now to avoid any confusion upon arrival. It's money that goes directly to the government (we don't keep it for a vacation, alas); that's why we prefer to handle it separately. Thanks for your understanding.
Coexistence and common sense
We love relationships based on respect and trust. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also to take care of it as if it were yours (or better, if possible).
So that we can all remain friends, keep three essential points in mind:
No parties: the apartment is for resting, not for opening a nightclub.
Silence from 10 PM: the neighbors are lovely, and we want them to stay that way.
No smoking: so the air stays fresh for everyone.
