Just a 4-minute drive from the nearest beach, and close to all major attractions and amenities.The accommodationWelcome to Melania Villa - Your Peaceful Paphos GetawayThe modern villa is situated in a peaceful and private area of Melanos, in the Paphos district, overlooking the Paphos city center.Melania House is spread over two floors, designed and lovingly renovated with care by our father, Lakis Erotokritou. The architect used a mix of materials, including modern furniture, marble, and wood, with attention to every detail.Ground FloorThe ground floor features a stylish open-plan kitchen with all the equipment and tools you need to prepare any meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the indoor dining area, which can seat up to 6 people. The open-plan layout creates a comfortable and relaxing space for family meals and gatherings.The spacious living room is designed with modern and artistic touches, including unique wall art, rugs, and mirrors. Every corner has its own character. There is a large, comfortable sofa and a 52-inch smart TV for movie nights. The living room windows open to provide direct access to the outdoor pool area, offering a beautiful open space.Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with two single beds. These beds can be placed together to form a double bed for couples. This bedroom shares a stylish bathroom with the ground floor.First Floor:Upstairs, you will find the master double bedroom, which features a private balcony with views of the sea and Paphos city center. It also includes a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a desk, and a 52-inch TV.Next to it is another spacious twin bedroom, where the beds can also be joined to create a double bed for couples. This bedroom shares a second bathroom with the master bedroom.Outdoor AreaThe outdoor area features comfortable seating areas, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a private heated pool (3m x 6m). If you are planning a family gathering, the outdoor BBQ area will allow you to prepare unforgettable meals and have joyful moments.However, the highlights of Villa Melania are the luxurious heated pool and the relaxing bedrooms. The pool can be heated from mid-November to the end of March. Please read the additional notes about the pool.Bath and pool towels are provided.Private parking is available on site.Villa Melania is located in the Melanos area, near the famous King Evelthon hotel, and is just a few minutes' drive from the beach. It is also close to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.Please note that a rental car or taxi is recommended for transportation.Special OfferA special rate is available for two adults staying for 7 nights. Please inquire about the discount before booking.Other Notes* The heated pool is available from mid-November to the end of March.* Pool Heating Policy:Our villa's pool is heated to provide a comfortable swimming experience. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific water temperature, as it depends on weather conditions and pool usage. As a guideline, our target maximum temperatures for the colder months are as follows:November: up to 30°CDecember: up to 27°CJanuary: up to 25°CFebruary: up to 25°CMarch: up to 28°CApril: up to 30°CWe will do our best to maintain the pool at the highest possible temperature, but please note that it may vary depending on weather conditions such as rain, wind, or air temperature.* Children must be accompanied by a family member at all times.*No additional guests are allowed to visit the property for any function (breakfast, dinner, party, etc.) without prior written consent from the owner. Please note that only the number of travelers specified on the booking form is allowed to stay at the villa.* The villa has a strict quiet period at night after 10:00 PM (no noise, parties, or events)
