We offer a new, modern apartment with a master bedroom, a hall with a kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a large bed, dressers, and air conditioning. The bedroom is connected to a beautiful terrace. The hall is equipped with modern chairs, a plasma TV, and a table where you can enjoy your meal. Next to the living room, there is a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, pots, dishes, etc. In the apartment, you have your own bathroom, which is fully equipped. Our light-colored walls, combined with the quiet neighborhood, offer incredible moments of relaxation.

Our location is only 4 km from the ancient city of Butrint, which is selected on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list. Additionally, the beautiful city of Saranda is 14 km away from us.
Ksamil is one of the best tourist destinations in Albania and is described by many tourists as a hidden paradise in the southwest of Europe. The city is located in a splendid place surrounded by green nature and a beautiful lake and lagoon. Besides the ancient city of Butrint and the museum, which is a "must" for every tourist, you can also visit Lekursi Castle (14 km). The castle offers a superb view of Saranda and the Butrint lagoon, especially at sunset. For lovers of local architecture and history, there are very interesting places to visit, such as the Archaeological Museum, Skenduli House, and the Synagogue of Saranda (all 14 km away). The famous Greek island of Corfu is only a 30-minute boat ride away and is a good opportunity for day trips. In addition to sightseeing, there are fantastic opportunities for cycling, water sports, and romantic boat trips.
