Welcome to our 52 sqm studio in Zadar, featuring a Mediterranean garden with olive, citrus, and fig trees providing shade and tranquility after a day of exploration. You can enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits from the garden. You might also spot our friendly cat, Sparky 🐾. The Space This is a ground-floor, one-bedroom studio (52 sqm) with a terrace. The bedroom can accommodate 2 people on a queen bed and 1 person on a futon sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a closet, and the adjacent living room has a smart TV and a small table. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machine and pods, French press, Bialetti coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher). Next to the kitchen is a cozy dining area with 4 chairs and a map of the Croatian coast (inland/coastal) for trip planning. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, double vanity, open closets, and a washing machine. PATIO From the studio, you can walk directly onto the terrace, where you'll find a seating area with renovated wine barrels shaded by natural vines, a parasol, a dining table, and a BBQ. OTHER The entire studio is air-conditioned (2 units), with WiFi, mosquito nets, and blinds for your comfort. If you wish to use bicycles, we can provide up to 3 city bikes.
