The Perlini building is one of the few that remained intact after World War II and therefore occupies an important part of Zadar's history. Although the building is old, the apartment is completely new and modern, renovated in 2020. The accommodation Mara is a one-bedroom apartment recently renovated in 2020. The apartment is on the first floor and is located just a 5-minute walk from the city center and a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (Kolovare beach). Just around the corner is the supermarket (2-minute walk). Guest access As the apartment is so close to the city center and the beach, you can reach everything you need within a few minutes' walk. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
