The Faria Guimarães metro station is right next door, guaranteeing quick and easy access to the historic center and the city's main points of interest.The accommodation is equipped with a self-check-in system. Although guests can enter on their own, we are always available by message for anything they need. It is the perfect place with large glass windows that let in excellent natural light. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as bath gel and toilet paper.Paraíso D is a small studio, but we have prepared every detail to make it a very comfortable place.The kitchen is equipped with a stove (oven/microwave), a mini-fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, and kitchen utensils such as cutlery, crockery, and pots. We always leave basic products such as paper napkins, kitchen towels, dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar, spices, tea, and coffee. We do not leave oil and olive oil for hygiene reasons. There is everything you need to prepare a good breakfast or another meal available. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are available.The accommodation has air conditioning.Housekeeping is not included during your stay.Breakfast and other meals are not included, nor are food items such as oil/olive oil.There is no Netflix. We inform you that for short stays (up to 4 nights), we do not usually replace towels. You must fill out an accommodation form on our platform, via the link we will send you by message in the booking confirmation. This form must include the identification details of all occupants. Check-in will only be possible once the form is completed. Please complete it in advance; this will help us organize and avoid you having to wait on your arrival day.b) Check-out: before 11 AM. Due to the high volume of check-ins and check-outs, we unfortunately cannot allow early check-ins or late check-outs, as our cleaning team needs time to clean the apartments. However, if you need a place to store your luggage before your arrival and after your departure, you can do so for free at our office located in the city center:Rua do Bolhão, 149 - 3rd floor, on the leftThe office is open Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6 PM.The office is closed on weekends and public holidays. On these days, you can use one of the automatic lockers available at some metro stations. We recommend the one at Trindade station.c) Towels and sheets are provided, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. Housekeeping is not included. Breakfast and other meals are not included, as well as food items such as olive oil. Netflix is not available.d) Guests are fully responsible for the safety of the children accompanying them during their stay, as well as for any noise disturbances caused to other residents in the neighborhood.e) Guests are asked to limit noise so as not to disturb other residents, especially during quiet hours (from 11 PM to 7 AM), as well as upon arrival and departure.f) Any excessive noise is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of the stay, eviction, and forfeiture of the full amount paid for the reservation.g) Guests are prohibited from behaving disrespectfully towards neighborhood residents and must minimize the nuisance of their presence.h) Access to the property is prohibited for anyone not mentioned in the reservation. Please respect future guests, as the smell of tobacco is very difficult to remove.o) Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
