Losing the keys incurs a cost of €25 6 - Air conditioning works in Stations mode: The air conditioning works in 2 modes: Summer mode between the months of April and the end of October and in winter between November and March. These modes cannot be modified and you can only select the temperature and intensity. 7- The entrance to the building has 5 steps. Inside, there are no steps. 8 - Renovation work in the neighboring building, so there may be noise during working hours from Monday to Friday. 9- For stays longer than 7 nights, towels will be changed and the accommodation will be inspected; this procedure is mandatory and non-negotiable.
