This beautiful house is located in the charming El Terreno neighborhood, within walking distance of Palma City. You will enjoy privacy and plenty of space with two terraces, two patios, and several relaxation areas. It's peaceful here, yet just a few streets from the main road, making it easy to walk to the new restaurants, trendy cafes, and bars that are popping up. Bellver Castle, with its beautiful trails and views, is just behind us, with access a few blocks from the road. The space Two patios, two terraces, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Plenty of relaxation areas, both indoors and outdoors. Guest access The entire house is accessible. However, the side entrance should not be used as it is the main walkway for our neighbors. Other things to note This house has an active rental permit. You will receive two sets of keys upon arrival, and they will remain in the possession of the person who booked the stay. Our house is not suitable for events or parties, and the guest tenant must be rented. There will be no rentals in the name of another person.
