The accommodation This magnificent villa is located in the renowned area of Sometimes-Playa de Palma. It is quiet, located next to a park, and surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The highlight: only 5 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes on foot from Playa de Palma beach with all its entertainment options. The house is organized over 2 floors: the lower floor consists of a living room (smart TV) with a sitting/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with air conditioning and two comfortable single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, as well as a very large modern wardrobe, a small bedroom with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and two comfortable single beds that can be combined into a double bed, all three with en-suite bathrooms (i.e. with direct access to their own bathroom), which allows for great privacy. Outside, there is a beautiful saltwater pool with a chill-out area, a lounge, and hammocks, as well as a barbecue. Here you can spend Majorcan nights by candlelight and enjoy dinner or barbecues together on the veranda. Guest access There is free parking in front of the villa. The park in front of the house leads directly to the Mercadona supermarket. At 500 m, there is also a German supermarket (SAM) and many restaurants and bars. The beach is about 800 m away. Other things to note You will have the house clean, with sheets and towels for the shower. If you need extra cleaning, it can be arranged for €25/hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Garbage must be put in bags and deposited in the containers located in the street. Water in Mallorca is scarce and should not be wasted, so we would be grateful if you do not use more than necessary. The house also has: air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a barbecue, a first aid kit. The villa is totally fenced and safe for children.
