The Residence is a 300 m2 villa for 8 people with a beautiful sea view, 4 large suites all air-conditioned with TV and their own bathroom and toilet, guest toilet, swimming pool, ping pong, foosball, pétanque court, access to 2 beautiful beaches on foot. The pool can be heated (optional, see prices below)The accommodationWelcome to The Residence.Located in the west of the island of Ibiza, The Residence offers a beautiful sea view over the bay of Cala Bassa (which can be admired from the bedrooms, the living room, the terrace, the garden or the pool).Located in a very green environment and in a private dead end, this villa is very quiet.The villa is fully functional and very pleasant to live in with its large living room, its large suites, its spacious exteriors consisting of several areas where everyone can choose to relax in the sun or in the shade.8 people can sleep at The Residence with its 4 suites of 24 m2 each with their own bathroom, toilet, TV and air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. And two other bedrooms upstairs, each with two very large terraces. Between these two bedrooms, you will enjoy a terrace for an aperitif while admiring the view of the bay of Cala Bassa and the magnificent Nono cape with its glowing colors at the end of the day.The kitchen is large and very well equipped. The immense living room of about sixty square meters, from which you can admire the sea view, has, all along, bay windows that open onto a large terrace with its outdoor lounge and its dining table sheltered from the sun.A foosball table is available in the living room.From the living room, you access the swimming pool where you can admire the sea lying on the sun loungers or in the shade under a large thatched hut with its two real beds for relaxing. You can eat on this terrace with its large table facing the sea and enjoy a large barbecue. There is also a large garden with a large pétanque court.The pool can be heated (optional, see prices for the months when the pool can be heated).
