Late arrivals after 8 PM are sometimes possible but with an extra charge, to be paid directly upon arrival: 8 PM – 10 PM: €30 After 10 PM: €50 ⚠️ Exception during major conventions (MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Lions): late arrivals are organized without extra charge depending on availability. ▪️ HOUSE LINEN We provide white bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels. ▪️ STAY OF MORE THAN 15 DAYS For stays longer than 15 days, we require a deposit of €200. This deposit is used only in case of end-of-stay cleaning that abnormally exceeds the flat fee included in the stay (which is a flat fee adapted for short-term rentals). ▪️ OTHER POINTS - Reduce noise on the terrace in the evening to avoid disturbing neighbors - Parties are forbidden in this apartment. - There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has not been respected (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a smoking fee of a minimum of €300.
