The bay window onto the terrace and the skylight overlooking the entire house flood it with light.

The kitchen, with direct access to the terrace, is fully equipped with high-quality materials: 4-burner induction hob with integrated hood, an oven and a microwave, a large refrigerator, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and all the dishes and other utensils useful for cooking and meals.

The nearest car parks are those of the port or the post office. You can also find parking easily in the city center.
