Air-conditioned 21 m² suite with private bathroom and kitchenette, south-facing covered balcony, in the city center. It is part of our main residence: access via a common entrance, then a private door upon entry, guaranteeing your privacy and tranquility. Autonomous access via digital lock and personal keys. Saint-Roch train station 900 m away, tram 150 m away, historic center 600 m away, shops nearby. Closed private garage available as an option 50 m away (see "Other information to note"). The accommodation The suite has a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed (140×190). Possibility of a mattress or a daybed for a child (-10 years old), free of charge for up to two people accommodated. Private equipped kitchenette: induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, dishes, table. Office space with monitor (HDMI), high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, Canal+, Apple TV, OCS. Private bathroom with towels, hairdryer, and shower products. Air conditioning and heating. South-facing balcony, equipped with a bistro table. Non-smoking accommodation. Guest access Autonomous access after ringing the intercom (connected) upon first entry, then using the digital lock. Key and intercom badge available inside the suite for the duration of your stay. The accommodation is easily accessible on foot, by tram (Nouveau Saint-Roch stop 150 m away) or by car (accessible streets with parking nearby). During your stay We live on-site and remain available throughout your stay, while respecting your privacy. We are a couple with a daughter and will be happy to chat with you and help you if needed (advice, small repairs, document printing, bike issues, etc.). We remain reachable by messaging and can also intervene quickly if necessary. Other remarks 🚗 If you come by car The residence is located on the edge of the pedestrian center, allowing easy car access to our accommodation, without any barriers or restrictions. However, being in the city center, street parking is mostly paid (from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., except Sundays and public holidays). If you wish, we can rent a closed garage: 🚗 Optional closed private garage Closed private garage located about 50 m on foot from the accommodation (secure condominium, 2nd basement). Supplement: €8 per night, upon request when booking. Dimensions: – Depth: 5.15 m – Width: 3.38 m – Door width: 2.54 m Height limited by beams. For guidance, a Renault Kadjar (2018) fits (4.45 m × 1.84 m × 1.61 m) but for some passages, you need to be under 170cm tall. Suitable for city cars, sedans, and compact SUVs. Not suitable for taller vehicles, vans, or commercial vehicles. 🚆 If you come by public transport • Saint-Roch station: 900 m on foot or tram line 2 (Nouveau Saint-Roch stop 150 m away). • Sud de France station: tram line 1 to Saint-Roch then change to line 2. • Montpellier Airport: shuttle to Place de l’Europe then tram line 2 (about 40 minutes in total). • Sabines bus station: tram line 2 to Nouveau Saint-Roch. 🚕 Taxis and VTCs easily available in the neighborhood.
