The accommodation is ideally located whether you want to enjoy the beaches which are 10 minutes away by car or by bus which goes to the beaches 3 minutes from the home. Very close to the Camargue for short walks, we are near the highway access. Your access to the accommodation will be easy whether you come by car (free parking), by train or by FlixBus. The historic center is easily accessible by tram, bus. Or on foot, count 15 minutes, otherwise a long walk of 45 minutes. The accommodation Cozy room offering all the necessary comfort. Very very comfortable bedding (according to previous travelers). You can enjoy the wifi, cable TV, Netflix and a large desk for teleworking. Triple glazed window overlooking the courtyard, so it's quiet. The apartment is air-conditioned, a large fan is also available if needed. A top fridge is entirely reserved for you in our kitchen. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. Guest access The kitchen with all appliances is available to travelers, provided of course that you clean up after use and put the dishes in the dishwasher (thank you). A small fridge is exclusively reserved for you. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The terrace is also available for a nice coffee or tea in the morning sun. During your stay I am available to answer your questions, by phone, message and in person. I will be delighted to advise you for your visits or other things. But I also know how to be discreet to leave you alone. So that you make the most of your stay. Other remarks Breakfast offered with your overnight stay!!! Private fridge, dining area reserved for you, possibility to cook or reheat your meals. A little extra: Wifi, TV and Netflix. Bike rental for €10 per bike per day, for short nature walks or to go to the beach. Loan of beach towels and a small umbrella. Documentation for your visits available in addition to my suggestions and advice. Possibility to use the washing machine (products provided). I am a territorial agent at the Montpellier Métropole. I live in the apartment with sometimes my 16-year-old daughter and my 23-year-old son who studies in Lyon and visits from time to time. I am open and enjoy talking, but I will be respectful of travelers who prefer to keep to themselves.
