Modern studio in downtown Lisbon

This studio is located on the first floor of a beautiful 19th-century building. Recently renovated, the building has kept its original touch, with an 18th-century rococo azulejo mural above the entrance and interior stone arches. This comfortable and modern studio is the ideal starting point to discover Lisbon, as everything is within walking distance: Chiado, Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Miradouro de Santa Catarina, Parliament, Tagus River and Jardim da Estrela, among others. The accommodation This fully furnished studio has been recently renovated and decorated with great attention to detail. Facing south, it benefits from good natural lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, induction stove, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The studio has a Queen Size bed, two wardrobes, a dining table with two rattan chairs and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a towel dryer and a hairdryer. This studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Other remarks Sheets, duvets, one body towel and one face towel, and final cleaning are included in your stay. If you stay more than 4 days, cleaning, change of sheets and towels will be provided. If you are traveling with a baby, let us know at least 24 hours in advance, as we can provide a baby cot, a high chair and some utensils and toys for free. We also provide the following amenities: shower gel/shampoo, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, detergent for washing dishes and the apartment. In Lisbon, tap water is drinkable. We are regulated by the same laws applied to hotels/Tourism in Portugal and, therefore, the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) legally requires information, in the same way that all hotels will need a passport or any other form of identification, identification number, date of birth and nationality of each traveler. Since we do not have a reception and we do not have members present on the property, we have a secure online check-in system that you must complete before your arrival. It is important that you know that on our street, parking a car can sometimes be a challenge, but there are no restrictions regarding Uber, Taxi or non-residents.
