The accommodation The apartment is a large studio with a king-size bed and a large 55-inch Smart TV, a separate, complete, and equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, and a private bathroom. Private balcony with panoramic view and with table and chairs for a perfect moment of relaxation. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Access is autonomous thanks to a smart lock; you can therefore check in freely, without time constraints. You will receive a video tutorial with very simple instructions for entering the apartment. Other things to note Strategic location: the apartment is a 1-minute walk from the San Paolo metro station, which will take you directly to the center of Rome (7 minutes from the Colosseum). Served area: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy are within walking distance in a few minutes. Parking: street parking is generally free. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts, including fast WI-FI, air conditioning, a washing machine, and bed linen, household linen, and towels are always included. In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. Parties are forbidden in the apartment and smoking is prohibited.
