The accommodation The 4-bedroom apartment of approximately 130 square meters can accommodate up to 14 people. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before each arrival. You can use the Wi-Fi for free throughout the property. The bright and spacious apartment features a large living room with a large flat-screen TV, two comfortable sofa beds, as well as a large kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Both bathrooms each have a rain shower and a toilet. The apartment also has 4 separate bedrooms. For your comfortable stay, you will find an elevator in the building. Please note that the elevator stops at the intermediate floors of the stairwell and you only have to climb a few steps to get to the apartment. For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is video surveillance in the stairwell and at the entrance of the building. Guest access The apartment is entirely for you. Before your arrival, you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After completion, you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment on the day of your arrival from 3 p.m., without personal interaction. Other remarks To facilitate your arrival, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal access code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a security deposit between €150.00 and €400.00, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved on your PayPal account or your credit card, but it will not be charged and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage-free departure. Please note that a legal cultural and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be collected separately during the online check-in.
