“INFINITY THREE” APARTMENT The only apartment at @infinity.apartments.ibiza that can accommodate up to 6 people. FULLY PRIVATE POOL, FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE 6 GUESTS OF THE RESERVATION. It is not heated, it is at ambient temperature. This accommodation breathes calm, so we are looking for a profile that wants to come to relax and respect our house rules. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FAMILY PROFILE, as the residential complex is intended for families with children. The accommodation Full 3-bedroom and 2-full-bathroom apartment. The master bedroom has a 180cm x 200cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a 160cm x 200cm double bed. The third bedroom consists of 2 single beds of 90cm x 200cm. The pool is completely private, for the use and enjoyment of the guests staying in the apartment, it is not shared. The apartment is located in the countryside of the Sant Jordi area, 10 minutes by car from the city center and 5 minutes by car from the airport. That is why we always recommend buying a vehicle for your stay, along with your reservation, you will get a free parking space in our private parking. Our nearest beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car, you can go to Playa d'en Bossa, Ses Salines, Cala Conta... and many others. Upon arrival, you will receive our recommendations with our personalized guide to the magical island of Ibiza. Guest access Our apartment is geared towards family rentals. Minors under 25 are not allowed, except for families with children. At the time of booking, you will be informed of the house rules. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in eviction from the accommodation, so please read our rules carefully before booking. Our main rules for which we could evict you from the accommodation: - IT IS TOTALLY FORBIDDEN TO LISTEN TO MUSIC BOTH INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND IN THE OUTDOOR POOL AREA, 24 HOURS A DAY. - NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN THE ACCOMMODATION DURING THE ENTIRE STAY, SO YOU CANNOT INVITE/HOST MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE LISTED ON THE RESERVATION. - QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10:00 PM TO 10:00 AM, IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO MAKE NOISE, ESPECIALLY WHEN ARRIVING AT THE ACCOMMODATION LATE AT NIGHT. Cleaning service: The client pays in advance for a full cleaning service for the day of their arrival. It includes the full cleaning of the apartment, and includes 1 full set of sheets per bed, and 1 full set of bath towels per person. Guests must take care of garbage collection and minimal services, such as cleaning kitchen utensils. Beach towels are not included in our accommodation, guests must request them. This has an additional cost of 15 €. No cleaning is done during your stay, if the client wants or needs extra cleaning, they will have to consult the host to be able to offer the service. Costs: - General cleaning: 75 € (Does not include changes of sheets and towels) - Change of towels: 30 € - Change of sheets: 20 €/bedroom. - Pool cleaning: 25 € The pool is cleaned every 3-4 days, at the time of check-in, you will be informed of the time the boys will come to clean it. The boys access the accommodation through the service door that is on the outdoor terrace, never through the apartment. CHECK IN: Our arrival time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM, a supplement will be charged: From 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM = 10 €. From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM = 20 €. From 12:00 AM to 01:00 AM = 30 €. The maximum time is 1:00 AM, after this time, you must consult the host if the key handover can be carried out or not. The exact arrival time at the apartment must be communicated at the time of booking, as there is no reception and the key handover must be done in person. A full set of keys is provided (outdoor key for access to the complex, remote control for the sliding door, and key for the apartment entrance door). CHECK-OUT maximum until 11:00 AM. ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE! If your flight arrives early, you have the option, subject to availability, to perform an EarlyCheckIn. Ask the host! If your departure flight is late, you have the option, subject to availability, to perform a late check-out. Ask the host! So we can show you our rates. Pets are allowed in the apartment with prior notice, pets have a supplement of 10 € per night. It will be paid in cash in the apartment, as the platform only allows paying for one night in advance. According to the current regulations of the Balearic Islands government, it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax (sustainable tourism tax) during your stay in Ibiza. The amount is 3 € per person per night. Children under 16 are exempt from the tax. This tax is not included in the reservation price, as it must be charged separately and officially declared. Payment is made upon arrival on the day of check-in. If you need us to calculate the total amount before your arrival, we will be happy to provide you with the information. The outdoor lights turn on once the sun rises, until 12:00 AM so as not to encourage breaking quiet hours. The pool filtration is automatic.
