For arrivals of less than six weeks, the tourist tax will be collected once the booking is confirmed. For the best and most reliable car rental and airport transfers, just ask.There will be pool maintenance and gardening 1 to 2 times a week, this could be during your stay, if you do not want it during your stay, please let us know in advance ARRIVAL.When leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who made the booking for the accommodation and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take all outstanding payments and answer any questions.Fees regarding arrival and departure outside of business hours are in accordance with our terms and conditions.Our working hours are 8 am to 8 pm. For arrivals and departures that are not within these hours, the following supplements apply:Arrival/departure between 8 pm and 11 pm - 50 eurosArrival/departure between 11 pm and 6 am - 70 eurosArrival/departure between 6 am and 8 am – 50 eurosThese fees do not allow you to extend your holiday stay; they allow our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.NOTE: if bookings last 2 weeks or more, an additional cleaning is required every 7 days and payment is in addition to the advertised price.*All trash must be taken out, all large bags of waste left behind will be charged 30 euros + vat per bag.*Twin beds can be joined and prepared as double beds with a comfort topper on request. Optional preparation service: €25 per bed (to cover extra preparation).
