Guest access Please refrain from booking for groups of friends over 6 people and under 35 years old, the house is not suitable for this profile of guests, as it is located in a beautiful residential area of very quiet and select luxury houses, the neighbors are very close and do not accept parties and noise in their residential community which has strict rules. The house is perfect for families or mature groups of friends who want to rest and enjoy the house and the island in a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Its maximum authorized capacity is 8 people. Parties are prohibited in the house and large volume gatherings, loud music and noise are not allowed after midnight (according to the municipal ordinance).
